Returns
Lockmart will help you navigate your visit to a broad
array of products. When you are ready to order, you will know that you will be receiving
the highest quality products. All goods leave our warehouse or the manufacturer
in perfect condition. They are all known for their strict quality control programs.
As a result, all sales are final and not subject to return or cancellation
once an order has been placed. All products prepared for shipping are carefully
checked to assure that there are no defects. However, should a product prove to
be defective due to the manufacturer's actions, we will accept defective returns
within the manufacturer's warrantee period. Please send us an e-Mail found on our
contact page for a return authorization number, and also briefly describe the reasons
for your requested return. You must receive an RGA # before you return any goods
to us and make sure that the RGA# appears on your return packing label. The product
must be in original factory condition and returned in its original packaging. The
package must include all accessories, packing material, inserts, manuals, warranty
cards (not filled-out) and returned in the box in which it was originally
shipped to be considered for credit or exchange. Our strict adherence to this policy

Lockmart guarantees you the most efficient and quickest delivery in accordance with our shipping policies or the shipping policies of our manufacturers.
We use common carriers and make every effort to fulfill your order in the most efficient manner. Lockmart shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense of
any kind resulting from delay in delivery. All our shipping offers apply only to the contiguous United States of America and not Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico
or APO/FPO addresses. For these locations, we do offer to ship to your freight forwarder, but do not allow freight forwarder pickups.
